Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refund & Returns

Secrethiddentreasures.com is dedicated to delighting you with your purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 business days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Exchanges must be made within 10 days.

Returns by Mail

Here are the basic steps:

If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at (877)336-9009 for assistance.

Please read the information on your original packing slip.

Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.

If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Cancellations:

Please submit any cancellation within 24 hours in writing via email. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order, or to make arrangements with you in the event that your order has already been shipped before we received notification of cancellation.

We will make every effort to cancel your order before your order has been shipped to. Note that we ship all orders within 48 hours on the day of receipt. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), after your order has already been shipped the cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the merchandise total, and shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds can only be made once the returned order has been received back at our facility.
